i wrote the band name using text and just copied it 3 times.
i then created the band logo using adobe firework. the logo is in 3d, outer emboss and inner bevel.
this was my first original design but i prefered the top one
The top one has better design of the blend tool being used and much more effort into the design/logo
the 1D poster, is plain not much use of tools and a logo has just been thrown into it.

P5, IMPROVEMENT TO SIANS COMMENT
i have used rounded rectangle tool to create the outside shape, then used the 3d effect on it to create the slanted look. Then added the writing B B K and used the direct selection tool and created an efect on the writing. then i just added stars using the stars tool, coloured them in black moved them about and changed the size

ReplyDeletethis is a very good piece of writing, but for the final band logo you could explain what you used to create it instead of just writing its your final band logo:-)
ReplyDeleteSome great work here that covers p3 and p4 fully. For p5, you need to show the feedback that your classmate gave you, as well as the changes you made.
